Congratulations to Michael Steele, former Lt. Governor of Maryland and the first smart guy in many years to take over the helm of the Republican party.

I couldn't be happier with this development. While race is going to be the big issue for the MSM (two black guys head up their respective parties) I like to think that it is two talented politicans going mano a mano in the next four years with big honkin' screamfests over who has the BEST ideas for our country, and then fighting to the bitter end for them.

...that is what partisanship is all about.
