Antonio Villaraigosa, Mayor of Los Angeles, a cheater, adulterer, and a man with enormous ego and aspirations to become the next Governor in California, has admitted what everyone in the Golden State has known for decades: the high school drop-out rates are lies.

It's even WORSE than the blaring headlines reported.
