When are these guys gonna learn? Never, I guess. But an Oracle executive and Obama advisor is finding out the hard way that some ladies don't need to alert the media - they can USE to the media to shame their cheaters with their lyin' ways. YaVaughnie Wilkins is plastering her outrage in San Francisco, Atlanta and New York's biggest billboard's where she got even with her married lover, Charles Phillips, an Obama adviser.
