..or another way to put it is Governor Schwarzenkennedy plans on eliminating the billions of dollars in deficits on the backs on many COMPULSIVE GAMBLERS. Here's a thought. Let's dump the California Air Resources Board, all Global Warming initiatives, and slash and burn the budget at the useless State Department of Education.
Selling off surplus property state property would also be a nice start. AS(S)has overseen the single largest increase in spending in state history, with a 30 percent uptick since he took office, initiated by Democrats, and signed off by an alleged Republican. Hey, Big Spender. Wouldn't you like to spend a little time with me? (the strapped California tax-payer!)
