Madame Speaker's reign over Congress hasn't quite worked out the way she envisioned when she was elected to her high and mighty post over a year ago. The media is still missing the big story. It's not the Democrats missteps (although that sure doesn't hurt) but rather it's the organized, energized and well-financed efforts of patriots driving public opinion about the central issue --the war in Iraq.
The Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy is alive and well. And they are involved in taking back our country from the left.
