Oakland Airport Officials Apologize, Sort Of

In regards to the recent flap about Oakland Airport refusing to allow a flight a Marines from Iraq to deboard, officials held a press conference to issue some sort of apology.

"We apologize, I apologize to any members of the military that were on this flight and may have experienced some discomfort or perception of disrespect," said Omar Benjamin, executive director of the Port of Oakland. "There was no disrespect intended."
