Here are the details!

Thousands Expected at “Golden State Rally for America” TEA Party

Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, CA-On Saturday, October 16th,  Bay Area TEA Party groups who have formed the Golden State Rally for America (GSRA) Coalition, will join together to get out the conservative vote.

Pleasanton TEA Party founder and GSRA organizer Bridget Melson says, “this by far will be the largest get out the vote rally the TEA Party has thrown until now and I am looking forward to it. We have a chance to take the house by voting out liberal incumbents such as McNerney and Pelosi so we are once again getting the candidates in front of the people.”

Over 15,000 are expected with a mix of Democrats, Republicans and decline to state patriots in an effort to rally people together and give them a chance to hear many of the candidates running for office in CA at the local, state, and federal level.

There will be 24 speakers some of which include TEA Party favorites David Harmer (CD-11), Rick Tubbs (CD-07), Tony Strickland, Mimi Walters, John Dennis (CD-08--Pelosi) and Damon Dunn. Self-proclaimed “conservative” attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch, who is involved in fighting to keep the New York Mosque from being built, will also be speaking. Bridget Melson adds, “Mr. Klayman is controversial, yet in a good way. We like what he fights for and I for one am looking forward to hearing what he has to say about restoring America.” is planning a protest at the rally and a “free speech” area will be available for them to utilize.
