...am I mistaken in thinking that the Secretary of State should be talking to Fidel Castro, instead of the Congressional Black Caucus?
Granted, I went to public schools, but I thought that members of Congess aren't supposed to be negotiating with the leaders of foreign countries. Especially murderous regimes that have a nasty habit of torturing its own citizens?
