The California state legislature has seized up in an Oliver Twist of its knickers over the "budget crisis" ....now Governor Schwarzenkennedy is going begging to the federal government for money to bail-out the state.

The following graph proves state Democrats are addicted to SPENDING and their enabler in the horse-shoe can't or won't get a handle on it.
