Advocating on Behalf of the American Military and Defense on the War on Terror

Hey Everybody-

I have GOT to do more than blogging for this election cycle. I am not going to sit around and let the news cycle dictate who is going to be in power for the next four years without DOING something.

So, I am hitting the road for the next several days to support Republicans in close contests nationwide. I am deeply worried about the future of our country if Senator Obama becomes the next Commander-in-Chief, and I am also scared about losing more seats in the Senate and Congress to Democrats. Democrats simply cannot be trusted to safeguard our national security.

Move America Forward's Freedom PAC will be traveling, starting Tuesday, to the districts of several candidates who are both in hotly contested races and in states that are in play in the presidential election.  We have a number of endorsement events in conjunction with the campaigns.

Debbie Lee, a Gold Star Mom, Catherine Moy, Move America Forward’s Executive Director and myself, as Chairman of MAF/PAC will be participating as we take our message to the streets and educate voters in these important states about the important differences between the candidates.  We’re up against some well-funded candidates like Mark Udall, who actually co-sponsored the legislation to create a federal Department of Peace so the stakes are high.

We will endorse Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave for re-election tomorrow (10/14) in Greeley CO, then Bob Schaffer for Senate on Wednesday in Colorado Springs.  We’ll also be doing public events for Kirk Schuring in OH and Jeb Bradley in NH and a private event for Robin Hayes in NC.  We may well add more in the coming days as well. Please keep an eye on www.MAFPAC.org for updates on our events and come out and meet us if you can.

Folks, time is growing short. We all have to do something, whatever it might be, to ensure that our values are reflected in this election.

I'll see you back here on the website in a few days. I'll file a few reports from the road. And don't forget to read my column this Friday at WorldNetDaily.com.
